On May 25, 2018, the Personal Data Act (PUL) was replaced by the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Regulation affects all companies that process personal data such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, IP numbers and in some cases images in any way. This will involve some changes and aims to strengthen your personal rights.

We at Tupex Sweden are, according to the Data Protection Regulation, responsible for the personal data we process. We need to store and process personal data about you and your company.

The purpose of such processing is to enable us to enter into and maintain a business relationship or contract with you and, if the situation so requires, to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject.

Your personal data may be processed by us as long as we have a legal obligation (e.g. the Invoicing Act). As a customer, you have the right to contact us to obtain information about the data we hold about you, to request rectification, transfer or restriction of processing, to object or, under certain conditions, to request the erasure of your data. Personal data may also be provided to or obtained from credit reference agencies, group companies or insurance companies. However, we will never transfer your data to another country or third party.

If you have a complaint about our processing of your personal data, you have the right to contact the supervisory authority Datainspektionen. For questions about your personal data, please contact us at [email protected]
